GALLUP, N.M. (BNc) — Michael J. Lerro, minister for the Gallup congregation, died Aug. 6.
As a graduate of East Tennessee School of Preaching and Mission, Michael was able to express his love for Christ by preaching the gospel.
A memorial service was held at Gallup church Wednesday, Aug. 10.
Michael, age 38, was the third child of Richard and Judy Lerro.
He is a 1991 graduate of John I. Leonard High School, Palm Beach, Fla.
Michael leaves a devoted wife Larisa and two children, Collin and Kathryn; three siblings, Robert (Cheryl), Stephen (Phyllis), and Julie (Lawrence) Williams; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Prior to going to ETSPM, he was a school teacher in the Jackson, Tenn., area and attended South Jackson church, formerly Bemis.
He will be greatly missed by all who knew this dedicated man.
