Missing preacherFLAT ROCK, Mich. (BNc) — Detroit media have reported that Terry Dow, preacher with the Flat Rock congregation, has gone missing.

The Flat Rock church website also states he has been missing since Tuesday.

At this time, we are asking for prayers and information for our minister Terry Dow, who has been missing since early Tuesday, October 16th. If you had any contact with Terry on Tuesday, please contact the Flat Rock Police Dept. at 734-782-2496. Any information may be of help. His car is also missing, a black Nissan Sentra – license plate #chp9391

He was last seen as he left to make visits on Tuesday. He left his cell phone behind, one news site said. He missed a gospel meeting that night, where his wife expected him to be.

His wife Wendy called police early Wednesday morning.

Thomas Meade, preacher with the Hazel Park, Mich., congregation said Wed. night on Facebook that Terry is from North Carolina originally, where he attended the North Carolina School of Preaching.
