FULTON, Miss. (BNc) — J.C. Enlow, director of 21st Century Global Missions, is in critical but stable condition after a hunting accident.

“He is still unconscious, but his blood pressure has improved and his color is better,” Steve Shappley, Director of Development of 21CGM, wrote yesterday, after a hospital visit.

He has undergone three surgeries, to remove his spleen, and part of his pancreas, and to do some exploratory surgery, Steve said.

He is hospitalized at the UAB Medical Center in Birmingham, Ala.

He has shown improvement over the past days.

“We still covet your prayers and continue to pray that he improves every day,” Steve said.

The Fulton, Miss.-based 21st Century Global Missions ministry trains leaders in Mexico, Ukraine, Belarus and Nicaragua.

J.C. was recorded Nov. 30 at a speaking engagement at the Austinville church in Decatur, Ala.
