Don McWhorter Dies

FAYETTE, Ala. (BNc)- Don McWhorter passed away around 8:00 this morning Central Time, according to Kevin Beard, minister of the local congregation.
He had been in the hospital with pneumonia and other complications for about two weeks. Funeral arrangements are pending.
Don was in Druid City Hospital in Tuscaloosa, Ala.
Don preached for the Fayette congregation for many years before retiring 12-13 years ago to focus on “Bible Talk,” a local television program, Kevin wrote.
Don authored numerous books, including God’s Woman: Feminine or Feminist?, and Living Together in Knowledge, the latter with his wife Jane, also a prolific author.
He also participated in several debates on cooperation and baptism.
