I am a BV grad [87-90]. Like all who knew and loved this good brother, I will miss him in this life. I always appreciated his passion for serving the Lord with his many gifts. Warren was my contact person and guide when I first visited BV before deciding to attend the school. We connected on several levels, especially Song Leading and Christian Camping. As a student we had many opportunities to share 'song leader' and 'Bible Camp' stories!

My condolences to all...

I attended Bear Valley School of Biblical Studies (1970-72), and have many fond memories of times spent with brother Wilcox and his family, both in class and out. We spent a lot of time together at Mexican restaurants, class gatherings, skiing, etc. He has certainly been a great influence in my life, as he has in many others. My one, and only, published work (An Outline Of Church History), is the result of Warren's Church History class.I was greatly saddened when I first learned of his illness. I spoke with Carolyn, his wife, during his illness. We shed tears together, over the phone, as we discussed Warrens condition and also that of my good wife, Gayle, who suffers with ALS. Although saddened with the news of his passing, we know that he is in a better state and, Lord willing, we shall be with him again some day. Warren's friend, brother and former student - Roy A.
I attended Bear Valley School of Biblical Studies, now Bear Valley Bible Institute of Denver, from 1986-89. Brother, Wilcox was my teacher on many subjects. Before I decided to attend Bear Valley, he held a meeting at the congregation I attended in Mt. Vernon, TX. I was so impressed by his skill and wisdom that the choice to study in Denver was an easy one. As an instructor, Brother, Wilcox was a consummate professional. And his love for the Truth and dedication to the cause of Christ stays with me even to this day. May God comfort his family and his many friends who mourn this great loss. Thank God for the great hope we have in Jesus Christ.
