Wallace E. Skipper, a Christian minister for more than 50 years, died 18 October 2006 at his residence in Fayetteville, Tenn., according to the International Gospel Hour website.

Skipper was General Manager and Speaker for the One Gospel Minute segment of the IGH ministry.
The IGH website also provided this information:

A native of Huntingdon County, PA, he was the son of the late Sylvia Leona Dell and Martin L Skipper and the husband of Dauna Louise Leonard Skipper who survives. Mr. Skipper was a veteran of the Korean Conflict serving in the U. S. Army. In addition to his wife, Mr. Skipper is survived by two daughters: Vickie L. Stubblefield of Huntsville, AL and Robin E. Harned of Tallahassee, FL, one son: Michael B. Skipper of Okeechobee, FL two sisters: Irene Brungard of Huntingdon County, PA and Delores Bruce of Akron, Ohio, seven grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were conducted Saturday, October 21st at Higgins Funeral Home with Brothers. Winfred Claiborne and David Sain officiating. Burial followed in Cedar Hills Cemetery.
